More soundtrack album by Pink Floyd, signed on the front cover in black felt tip by David Gilmour, Roger Waters, and Richard Wright, and in black ballpoint by Nick Mason. In very good to fine condition, with scuffing, edge wear, and a discount hole in the upper right corner. The record is included. Accompanied by full letters of authenticity from REAL and JSA.
Released on June 13, 1969, More marked Pink Floyd’s third studio album, their first soundtrack album, and their first album without former leader Syd Barrett. Filmmaker Barbet Schroeder, a fan of Pink Floyd, brought a rough cut of the film to London for the band to use as a guideline. Instead of typical background music, Schroeder wanted the songs to feature in the film, such as a record playing at a party. Designed by Hipgnosis, the soundtrack cover uses a shot from the film of two characters playing around a windmill in Ibiza, processed in a dark room to make it look like a psychedelic trip. A rare signed title from the kings of progressive rock.
